Commercial Cleaning in Frisco, TX
Frisco office space sets a high bar. Tenants at Hall Park, The Star and Frisco Square bring clients through the lobby daily, and the building is part of the pitch. Those floors need janitorial work that is consistent rather than occasionally impressive, delivered after hours by a crew that clears security without a fuss. DFW Building Cleaning is family-run, insured and bonded, Texas HUB Certified, and works with no contract, because in a market this competitive the schedule should hold on merit.

The floor a client sees first
In a Hall Park or Frisco Square suite, reception is doing sales work before anyone speaks. Every visit we clean the interior glass on entry doors and partitions, wipe frames, pulls and push plates, dust the reception desk, ledges and sills, vacuum the carpet including the edges and under the chair legs where a fast route skips, and sweep and mop the hard floor so it dries clear rather than cloudy. Seating arms, side tables and the touchpoints around the entry are disinfected. Walk-off matting is lifted and cleaned beneath instead of vacuumed over. None of this is complicated work. It only ever fails on consistency, which is why the same crew keeps your building and why the sequence is written down rather than left to whoever turns up on a Thursday.

Conference rooms between meetings
A Frisco professional services tenant may run four client meetings through one room in a day, and the room tells the truth about the tenant by the fourth. Tabletops are wiped and disinfected, chair arms and backs cleaned, the glass wall and its hardware cleaned on both sides, whiteboard ledges dusted, cups and stray paper cleared to the bin, and the carpet vacuumed under the table rather than around it. Credenza tops and the surfaces behind the screen get dusted on the frequency you set. If you want the room reset to a particular chair count or layout each night, that goes in the scope and the crew follows it. These rooms are where a cleaning company either earns the account or loses it quietly over a few weeks.

Working around tenants who leave late
The Star and the offices around it keep unusual hours, and a crew that assumes an empty building at six will be cleaning around people all evening. We plan for it. Your scope sets an arrival window, a route order and rules for occupied rooms, so the crew starts where your team is already gone and comes back to the rest. Vacuuming can be held until after a stated hour if noise carries. Private offices can be cleaned only when unlocked, or every night from a key, whichever you prefer in writing. Executive floors can be scheduled on their own rhythm. If your tenants regularly work past our window, we would rather change the window than have a crew hovering outside a door with a cart waiting for someone to finish a call.

Touchpoint disinfection as a written line item
Hygiene standards fall apart when nobody can say which surfaces were actually disinfected last night. So touchpoints are their own section of your scope, listed by name: entry hardware, interior door handles and push plates, light switches, stair rails, elevator buttons, shared phones and copier panels, break room appliance handles, restroom fixtures and partition latches. Each is disinfected with the correct dwell time rather than wiped over in a single pass with a dry cloth. Restrooms carry the heaviest load, which is why fixtures, sinks, mirrors, partitions and door plates are handled the same way on every visit and the floor is mopped rather than spot-cleaned. Naming the surfaces means a facility manager can check the work against a document instead of trusting an assurance.

The paperwork your landlord and procurement will ask for
Frisco buildings tend to ask for documentation before a vendor badges in, and we keep ours ready. Certificates of insurance and proof of bonding go directly to your management company or landlord. We hold Texas HUB Certification, which matters when your organization answers to a public agency or to a prime contractor with supplier requirements. Our written scope of work is specific enough to attach to an internal approval. None of it requires a term commitment: the documentation is in place whether you book us for one post-construction clean or for three nights a week ongoing.

Frisco questions we hear a lot
Our Hall Park building badges vendors in through a security desk. Can your crew handle that?
Yes, and it is routine here. Give us the building's vendor requirements and we submit the paperwork, insurance certificates and crew details before the first visit. Because we keep the same crew on your building, security is badging in familiar people rather than a new name each week. If your building requires advance notice of any crew change, we give it rather than sending someone unannounced and having them turned away at the desk.
We lease a private suite inside a larger Frisco Square floor. What exactly would you clean?
Only what your lease makes yours, and the scope names it: your suite's offices, conference room, kitchenette, interior glass and any restroom dedicated to your space. Shared corridors, lobbies and common restrooms are normally the landlord's cleaning contractor, and we do not duplicate or interfere with that work. If the boundary is unclear, we sort it out with your property manager during the walkthrough so there is no gap and no overlap on the night.
Our conference rooms are often booked until seven. How do you work around that?
We route around occupied rooms and return at the end of the visit. If a room is still in use when we finish, the crew notes it and it is first on the list the following night, and you get told rather than left to notice. For tenants whose rooms run late most days, we usually shift the whole arrival window later instead. Whatever we agree goes in the scope with a stated arrival time.
Can you do the final clean on a new Frisco office build-out before we move in?
Yes. Post-construction final cleaning is a standalone booking: fine dust removed from surfaces, ledges, sills, frames, fixtures and hardware, interior glass cleaned, restrooms and kitchens cleaned and disinfected, hard floors swept and mopped, carpet vacuumed, and debris carried out for handover. It is scoped and quoted separately from ongoing janitorial work, and taking it does not commit you to a cleaning schedule afterward. Many Frisco tenants use it as a trial run before deciding.
