Commercial Cleaning in Plano, TX
Plano runs on office space — the corporate campuses along the Legacy West corridor, the multi-tenant buildings at Granite Park, the smaller suites and storefronts around Downtown Plano. DFW Building Cleaning handles the janitorial work in those buildings after hours: trash out, restrooms disinfected, hard floors mopped, carpet vacuumed, desks and touchpoints wiped. We are a family-run company, insured and bonded, Texas HUB Certified, and we work without a contract. You get a written scope and a crew that shows up to it.

Multi-tenant buildings at Legacy West and Granite Park
A Class A building has more shared square footage than most people account for. Lobbies, elevator landings, corridors, shared restrooms on every floor, a conference level that three tenants book against each other. The cleaning that matters in those spaces is repetitive and visible: interior glass and entry doors wiped down, trash and recycling pulled from every station, hard floors swept and mopped, carpeted areas vacuumed edge to edge, and the touchpoints — door pulls, push plates, elevator buttons, handrails — disinfected on every visit. We size the crew to the floor plate rather than the address. A single tenant floor at Granite Park takes a different rhythm than a full stack of suites at Legacy West, and the scope we write says which is which. Nothing is left as "as needed" unless you and we have agreed what that means.

Restrooms are where a building's reputation is decided
Ask a facility manager in Plano what generates complaints and it will not be the carpet. It is a restroom at 3 p.m. With an empty dispenser and a streaked mirror. Our restroom work is specified line by line: toilets and urinals cleaned and disinfected inside and out, sinks and fixtures, mirrors, partitions on both sides, dispenser housings wiped, floors swept and mopped with attention to the edges and behind the doors, and every touchpoint — latches, flush handles, faucet levers, paper dispensers — disinfected. You supply the paper and soap; we keep the dispensers filled from your stock and tell you when it is running low rather than letting you find out from a tenant. If a restroom is short on a Tuesday, you will hear it from us first.

Working around a Plano business day
Most of our Plano accounts are cleaned after hours — crews arrive once the last employee has badged out and are gone before the first one arrives. For offices around Downtown Plano that share parking and keep uneven hours, we set a window instead of a clock time and stick to it. Frequency is yours to choose: five nights a week for a busy floor, two or three for a quieter suite, once a week for a small professional office. Access is handled the way your building already handles it. Key fob, lockbox, badge through a security desk, alarm code with your monitoring company on file — we follow your procedure and the same people use it each visit. Crews are consistent, which is what makes unescorted after-hours access something you can actually sign off on.

The scope is written down, including what we do not do
Before the first visit we walk the building with you and write the scope: every area, every task, every frequency. Nightly items, weekly items, monthly items. Which rooms are excluded — server closets, secured records rooms, private offices you would rather we not enter. Where the trash goes and on which nights. Which entrance the crew uses. We are equally plain about what is outside our work. We do routine janitorial cleaning: trash, dusting and wiping, mopping and sweeping hard floors, vacuuming carpet, restrooms, break rooms, interior glass and high-touch points, and post-construction final cleans. We do not do specialty trades, exterior work, or anything above ground level. If your Plano building needs something we do not provide, we will say so at the walkthrough instead of after you have signed something.

Final cleans before a Plano tenant takes the keys
Plano keeps a steady volume of interior build-outs — a suite reconfigured at Granite Park, a restaurant space finished out near Legacy West, a professional office carved out of an older building downtown. When the trades are done, the space is still full of construction dust sitting on every ledge, sill and fixture. Our post-construction final clean takes it from finished to handover-ready: dust removed from surfaces, ledges, sills, partitions and light fixtures, interior glass and entry doors cleaned, restroom fixtures and break room surfaces wiped and disinfected, hard floors swept and mopped, carpeted areas vacuumed. We coordinate the date with your general contractor and we would rather come once, after the punch list is closed, than fight the dust three times. Many of these jobs turn into the ongoing nightly account once the tenant is in.

Plano questions we hear a lot
Do you clean multi-tenant buildings at Legacy West, or only whole-building accounts?
Both. We work for building ownership on common areas and we work directly for individual tenants inside their own suites. If you manage a floor at Legacy West and your landlord's cleaning stops at the corridor, we can take the suite side on its own schedule. The scope states exactly where our responsibility begins and ends so there is no gap and no overlap with the building's contractor.
How late can crews work in Downtown Plano?
We set the window with you. Downtown Plano suites often sit above or beside businesses that run into the evening, and a few share walls with residential. We schedule around that — sometimes starting later, sometimes taking a building on a Sunday. Tell us the earliest we can start and the latest we can be in the building, and that window goes in the scope with everything else.
We already have a janitorial contract we are unhappy with. What does switching involve?
Usually a walkthrough, a written scope, and a start date. We do not ask you to sign a term, so you are not trading one lock-in for another — if we are not doing the job, you stop using us. Most Plano clients keep their existing provider through their notice period and bring us in the week it ends. We can also start on a single floor while you decide.
Does being Texas HUB Certified matter for a Plano office?
It matters if your organization reports supplier diversity or bids public work. We are a Texas Historically Underutilized Business, certified through the state, and we can provide the documentation for your vendor file. For a private office it changes nothing about the cleaning itself — you still get the same crew and the same written scope. It is simply one less form for you to chase when procurement asks.
