Scheduled janitorial cleaning
Nightly, several nights a week or weekly, worked around your business hours.
Every clean stands on its own β flag any area within 24 hours and we return to correct it at no charge. Insured and bonded.
Different buildings fail in different places. Here is what each type actually needs from a cleaning crew, and how we scope the work to match.

In an office, the complaints are predictable: the break room sink, the restroom at four in the afternoon, and dust on the conference table before a client meeting. We clean after your people leave, so mornings start with emptied bins, wiped desks and conference rooms ready to use. Shared touchpoints get disinfected rather than dusted over, because a single sick week moves through an open floor plan quickly. Desks are wiped around personal items and papers, never rearranged, and we will note in the scope which offices are not entered at all.

Patients read the waiting room and the restroom as evidence about the clinical care. Cleaning here is disciplined: EPA-registered disinfectants used at labeled contact time on hard surfaces, chairs, arms, counters and check-in areas; separate cloths for restrooms so nothing travels; and restrooms cleaned to a standard that holds up to a patient's inspection. We work after the last appointment, and we follow your instructions exactly on which rooms we enter and which we do not. Sharps and regulated medical waste stay with your licensed handler. We remove ordinary trash and recycling only, and we say so in writing.
A retail space is judged from the sidewalk. Entry glass with handprints on it, a smudged door and a gritty floor cost you customers before anyone says hello. We clean before opening or after close so the sales floor is never worked around: interior glass and entry doors cleaned, hard floors swept and mopped, carpeted areas vacuumed, counters and display surfaces wiped, fitting rooms tidied and public restrooms cleaned and restocked. For showrooms, the detail that matters most is dust on horizontal surfaces under bright lighting, and we scope it to be caught every visit.

The warehouse floor is your operation's business. Ours is everything around it: the front office, the break room, the locker and restroom areas, and the hard floors through walkways and entries that get swept and mopped rather than left to accumulate. Restrooms in an industrial building take heavier use than an office and need a tougher cleaning standard, more frequent restocking and honest attention to floors and partitions. Break rooms get counters, sinks, tables and appliance exteriors wiped every visit. We clean between shifts or after close, and we do not touch machinery, racking or your process areas.

For a property manager, cleaning is a tenant-relations problem. Lobbies, corridors, elevator interiors, stairwells, mailrooms and common restrooms are what tenants point at when they renew or when they do not. We work those areas on a written schedule you can show a tenant: entry glass and door hardware cleaned, lobby floors mopped and carpeted areas vacuumed, common restrooms disinfected and restocked from building stock, and trash removed to the corral. When a tenant complains, you call and we come back within 24 hours at no charge, which gives you an answer on the spot rather than a service ticket.

In a childcare center or a school, two things matter more than anywhere else: who is in the building, and how thoroughly touchpoints are disinfected. Every cleaner is background-checked before assignment, and we keep the same crew on the site so staff recognize the people coming in. Classrooms, tables, chair backs, door handles, light switches, sinks and cubbies are disinfected at labeled contact time. Trash is removed every visit, hard floors are swept and mopped, carpeted areas vacuumed, and restrooms cleaned to a standard a parent would accept. We work in the evening, after the last child is picked up.

Yes. Common areas, lobbies, corridors and shared restrooms are a large part of what we do for property managers, and individual tenant suites can be added to the same schedule with their own scope lines. Access, key control and after-hours entry are documented per building.

No. Weekly or twice-weekly service is common for smaller suites and part-time offices, and since there is no contract you can raise or lower the frequency as occupancy changes. We will tell you honestly at the walkthrough if fewer visits would be enough.
Access procedures are written into the scope: who holds keys or fobs, what the alarm sequence is, which doors are checked at lock-up, and who to call if something is wrong. Crews are bonded, and we carry commercial general liability insurance with a certificate available before the first visit.
Start with a walkthrough. We will look at the building, read your current scope if you have one, and write a scope that says plainly what we would do and what we would not. Since there is nothing to sign, you can try us for a few visits and judge the work rather than the sales call.
