Start With a Walkthrough
Nobody can price a building accurately without seeing it. We meet you on site, walk the space, note square footage, floor types, restroom count and fixture count, how many people use the building and how hard they use it. We ask about occupancy hours, access and alarms, and about anything your current or previous cleaner kept getting wrong. Most walkthroughs take twenty to forty minutes and can happen outside business hours if that is easier. There is no charge, no obligation and no pressure to decide on the spot.

You Receive a Written Scope of Work
After the walkthrough you get a document, not a brochure. It lists each area of your building, each task performed there and how often it happens, along with the nights we come and the price. It also states plainly what is not included, so there is no argument later about something you assumed was covered. That scope is what the crew is trained on and what the supervisor inspects against. Read it, mark it up, send it back. It is meant to be edited before you approve it. There is still no contract to sign: approving the scope sets the schedule, and either of us can change it.
