Do you clean offices after business hours?
Yes, most of our office accounts are cleaned after close or before open specifically so the crew never disrupts your staff. We can also work around a partial-day schedule if your office has flexible hours.
Can you clean just our suite, not the whole building?
Yes. We clean single suites for tenants who handle their own cleaning contract, and we clean entire floors or buildings for property managers who cover it for every tenant.
Is the same crew assigned to our office every visit?
Yes. The same crew is assigned to your account and kept there, so they know your layout, your supply locations and any areas that need special handling.
What is included in the written scope?
Every room, every task and how often it happens — reception, offices, restrooms, break rooms, floors, trash and glass. You approve the scope before the first visit, and it is what we are held to on every one after that.
